Your first two weeks: what happens during your build
A simple day-by-day of how we go from kick-off to your system being live.
Your Starter system is built in 14 working days from kick-off. Most of the work happens behind the scenes, and there are just two points where we need you to read something over and give it the nod. Here is what each stage looks like so you always know where things are up to.
Day 1: onboarding and discovery
We have a short kick-off, gather your brand details and logo, collect your login details, and ask for access to your Google Business Profile. All you do at this stage is fill in a short onboarding form and send us your bits.
Days 2 to 4: local SEO research
We dig into how your customers actually search, study your local competitors, and plan your site around the words that bring in work. This becomes your Step 1 research document, which lands in your client portal for you to read.
Days 5 to 8: your website copy
We write every page of your site in your voice, built to rank on Google and turn visitors into enquiries. This is your Step 2 copy. You review it and approve it before we build anything, so the words are yours and you are happy with them.
Days 9 to 12: build week
This is where it all comes together. We build your SmartSite and set up ReviewLoop, Missed Call Text Back, your instant speed-to-lead text, and your BuildMyService App with its inbox, pipeline and calendar.
Days 13 to 14: QA, tracking and launch
We run final checks, wire in your tracking (Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Search Console), finish optimising your Google Business Profile, and take the whole system live.
What we need from you
To keep things on schedule, there are four simple things we will ask for: your completed onboarding form, your brand assets, real photos of your work (we never use stock or AI images of your business), and access to your Google Business Profile. Then there are the two approval points: your Step 1 research and your Step 2 copy. Everything else is done for you.
Once you are live
When your system goes live, we walk you through everything with a LaunchDeck and a launch call, and send you your login details and app download links. From there, the day-to-day is mostly just reading and replying to your leads.
