Following your build in your client portal
Your portal is where your research, copy and sign-offs land as we build.
While we build your system, you can follow along in your client portal. It is a single, tidy place where everything we produce for you lands as we go, so you are never left wondering what is happening. You do not have to chase us for updates. The work shows up there in real time.
What lands in your portal
As your build moves through its stages, your portal fills up with the things you need to see and approve:
- Your Step 1 research and strategy. How we plan to get you found locally: your keyword research, your Google Business Profile plan, and your full site plan.
- Your Step 2 website copy. The finished words for every page of your site, written in your voice.
- Your design assets. The look and feel of your site as it comes together.
- Your sign-offs. A clear record of what you have approved and when.
Where you come in
There are two points where we need you. You read your Step 1 research and approve it, then later you read your Step 2 copy and approve it. You can ask for changes at both stages, and you are not signing off something fixed in stone. If a service name is not quite right, or the way we describe your work does not sound like you, tell us and we will put it right before moving on. Nothing gets built until you are happy, so these two approvals are the moments worth keeping an eye out for.
What we prioritise first
Getting you found locally is priority one, so the first things to land are usually your keyword research, your Google Business Profile optimisation and your content plan. That is the foundation everything else sits on.
Everything else is handled
Beyond reading and approving those two documents, you do not need to do anything in the portal. It is there to keep you in the loop, not to give you homework. If anything in it is unclear, the Contact support button reaches a real person who can talk you through it.
