When your system goes live, we do not just hand it over and disappear. You get a LaunchDeck and a launch call, so you finish knowing exactly what you have and how to use it. There is nothing to prepare. This is simply your guided tour of the finished thing.
Your LaunchDeck
Your LaunchDeck is a short presentation, put together for your business, that walks you through everything we have built:
- Your SmartSite, and how it brings in enquiries.
- Your app and inbox, where your leads and jobs live.
- Your Google Business Profile, and how it gets you found.
- Your automations: ReviewLoop, Missed Call Text Back and your instant speed-to-lead text.
- Your tracking, and where to look to see what is working.
You can read it at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need a reminder.
Your launch call
We also book a launch call to talk it all through with you. It is your chance to see your system in action, ask anything, and get comfortable with the handful of things that are yours to use day to day, mainly reading and replying to your leads and pressing the ReviewLoop button after a job.
What you get on the day
Alongside the deck and the call, we send you your login details and the links to download the mobile and desktop apps. Once you are logged in and your notifications are turned on, you are ready to go. The first thing worth doing is putting the app on your phone, so a lead reaches you wherever you are. After that, there is nothing else to set up. Your system is already running.
After your launch
From here, your system runs in the background and we keep it that way: hosting, SEO, your Google Business Profile and your tracking are all looked after. If you ever want a change to your website or have a question, the Contact support button reaches a real person, and we reply within one working day.
