Welcome aboard. This guide is the fastest way to understand what we have built for you and how the pieces work together. You do not need to be technical, and you do not need to set anything up. Most of it runs in the background while you are on the tools.
Your system at a glance
Think of it as one connected system, not a pile of separate tools:
- Your SmartSite is your website. It is built to show up on Google when local people search for your trade, and to turn those visitors into quote requests.
- Your app (the BuildMyService App) is where every lead, message and job lives in one place, on your phone and on your desktop.
- ReviewLoop collects Google reviews for you with one button press after each job.
- Local SEO and your Google Business Profile get you found in your area.
Your website works the moment someone enquires
When a customer fills in your quote form, two things happen at once. You get a text with their details, and the customer gets an instant text back that starts a real conversation. That speed is the difference between winning the job and losing it to whoever replies first.
If you miss a phone call, Missed Call Text Back sends the caller a text within 30 seconds, so you do not lose them to voicemail.
Everything lands in one inbox
Your app pulls Facebook, Instagram, SMS and email into a single inbox, with a simple pipeline that shows where every job stands: new, quoted, booked, completed. Nothing slips through the cracks, and you stop flicking between five different apps.
Reviews build on autopilot
After a job, you press one button to add the customer to ReviewLoop. It asks them for a Google review, follows up weekly for four weeks, and keeps anything below four stars private so you can put it right before it goes public. On Starter plans and above, AI replies to your reviews and posts your five-star reviews to your social channels automatically.
If you are on Growth or Premium
Your plan adds AI that handles leads when you cannot: an AI Chat and AI Voice Agent on your site, plus an AI Receptionist that catches the calls you miss or that come in out of hours. On Growth, the AI qualifies the lead and sends them to your quote form. Booking jobs directly into your calendar is a Premium feature.
