Turn on notifications so you never miss a lead

Get a buzz on your phone the second a new lead comes in.

Speed wins jobs. The faster you reply to a new lead, the more likely you are to win the work over whoever gets back to them next. Notifications make sure you know the moment an enquiry lands, even when the app is closed and your phone is in your pocket.

It only takes a minute to set up, and you only do it once. Make sure you allow notifications when the app asks, then double-check they are on.

Follow these steps:

  1. 1Download and open the BuildMyService App on your phone and log in.

  2. 2When the app first asks to send you notifications, tap Allow.

  3. 3In the app, open Settings and check notifications are switched on for new leads and messages.

  4. 4If you missed the first prompt, open your phone's Settings, find the BuildMyService App, and turn Notifications on there.

  5. 5Send yourself a test enquiry through your website to check the buzz comes through.
