How to read and reply to a new lead

Every enquiry lands in one inbox. Here is how to see it and reply.

Every enquiry from your website, Facebook, Instagram, SMS or email lands in one place: the inbox in your BuildMyService App. You do not need to check five different apps any more. Here is how to read a new lead and reply to it.

Follow these steps:

  1. 1Open the BuildMyService App on your phone or desktop, or go to your login link.

  2. 2Tap Conversations. New leads sit at the top with an unread marker.

  3. 3Open the conversation to read the customer's message and see their contact details.

  4. 4Type your reply at the bottom and send. It goes back on the same channel the customer used, whether that was your website, SMS, Facebook or Instagram.

  5. 5Once you have quoted, drag the job to the Quoted stage so nothing gets forgotten.
