How to add a contact manually
Got a customer's number off a job or a recommendation? Add them in a few taps.
Not every customer comes in through your website. Sometimes you get a number off a neighbour, a recommendation, or a job you are already on site for. Adding them by hand takes a few taps and means they are saved ready for a quote, a follow-up, or a review request later.
Follow these steps:

1Open the BuildMyService App and tap Contacts.

2Tap the Add Contact button (the plus icon).

3Enter their name, mobile number and email. The more you add, the more the system can do for you.

4Tap Save. The contact is now in your database and you can message them straight from their record.
