Your discount and marketing-campaign pages explained

The extra pages on your site for running offers and capturing enquiries from a campaign.

Example: a discount offer page on a BuildMyService site

As well as your main website pages, your site comes with a small set of extra pages built for running offers and capturing enquiries. You will not see these linked in your main menu. They sit ready to be used when you want to point people at a specific offer, for example in a text, a social post or a flyer.

The pages you have

  • A discount page, where someone can claim a discount or offer by filling in their details.
  • A discount confirmation page, the short thank you message they see once they have claimed it.
  • A marketing-campaign page, a focused landing page for a specific promotion.
  • A marketing form, where someone responds to a campaign and enters their details.

Every enquiry from these pages lands in your inbox and pipeline exactly like a quote form does, so a campaign lead is handled the same way as any other lead. Nothing slips through.

What they are for

Think of them as ready made pages for whenever you want to run something. If you decide to offer a seasonal discount or push a particular service, you have got a proper page to send people to rather than just a message in a text. It looks more professional and it captures the lead cleanly.

A note on automated campaigns

These pages are yours on every plan. The part that automatically sends offers and referral messages to your past customers over the year, without you doing anything, is a separate feature called One-Click Marketing Campaigns, which is part of the Growth plan. So on your plan you have the pages, ready to use whenever you like. If you would like the campaigns to run automatically to your customer list, that is the Growth upgrade, and the guide below explains how it works.

What you do

The pages run and capture leads on their own once someone lands on them. Your part is deciding when to use one and sending people to it. If you want a page tweaked, a new offer added, or help setting one up for a promotion, just ask us to make the change.
