How to move a job through your pipeline
Keep your board up to date as each job goes from enquiry to finished.
Keeping your pipeline up to date takes seconds and means you always know where every job stands. As each job moves forward, you nudge its card along the board from New to Quoted to Booked to Completed.
Follow these steps:

1Open the BuildMyService App and tap Opportunities (your pipeline board).

2Find the job you want to update. New enquiries sit in the New column.

3Drag the job card to its new stage, or open the card and change the stage from the dropdown.

4Move it to Quoted once you have sent a price, then Booked when the customer says yes.

5When the work is done, move it to Completed. This is your cue to send a review request.
