How to add a service or fix a detail on your site
New service, changed price, wrong phone number? Send it to us and we sort it.
Businesses change. You take on a new service, your prices move, you get a new number, the opening hours shift for the season. When any of that happens, you do not need to touch the website yourself. You tell us and we update it for you, properly, so nothing breaks and the new page is still built to rank.
Adding a new service
If you have started offering something new, we can add a page for it. To do it well, send us:
- The service name, as you want it to read.
- A short description of what it involves, in your own words. It does not need to be polished, we will tidy it.
- The areas you offer it in, if it is different from the rest of your work.
- Any photos of that type of job, which always help the page convert.
We will write it up, build the page, link it in properly, and make sure Google can find it.
Fixing a detail
Small corrections are quick. Just tell us what is wrong and what it should say. Common ones we get:
- A changed phone number or email.
- An updated price or an offer that has ended.
- New or seasonal opening hours.
- A typo or a line of wording you want reworded.
- A photo that needs swapping for a better one.

Message us on WhatsApp, email contact@buildmyservice.co.uk, or use the Contact support button on any help page. Tell us which page it is on and exactly what you want it to say. The clearer you are, the faster it is done with no back and forth.
How quickly it happens
We reply to every request within one working day, Monday to Friday. Small fixes like a number, a price or a photo are usually turned round quickly once we have the details. A brand new service page takes a little longer because there is writing and building involved, and we will give you a timescale when you ask.
