Who owns my website, domain and data?
The short answer: you do.
You do. Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your written content, your photos, your customer and lead data, and your trading name are all yours.
If you ever cancel, we hand your data back within 14 days and remove our access. Nothing is held hostage.
The one thing that stays ours is the BuildMyService platform itself: the SmartSite framework, the automation templates and the system that runs it all. That is licensed to you while your subscription is active, the same way any software you pay for works.
