If you are on Starter or Growth, these three things are not part of your plan. They are what you get if you upgrade to Premium.
It is worth being clear about the difference from Growth, because the Growth AI Receptionist sounds similar but does a more limited job.

On Growth, the AI Receptionist only picks up your slack: the calls you miss, or calls that come in out of hours, in whichever mode you have chosen. Your phone always rings first.
On Premium, the AI Receptionist can answer every call, around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No call ever goes unanswered, day or night, weekday or weekend, even when you are flat out or fast asleep. It is the closest thing there is to having a full-time receptionist on the payroll, without the wages.
A voice cloned to sound like you
On the other plans, the AI speaks in a natural, professional voice that is not yours. On Premium, we can clone your voice, so the AI sounds like you. To a caller, it feels like they have got through to you personally, which keeps everything consistent and personal even when it is the AI handling the call.
It books the job directly into your calendar
This is the big one. On Growth, and with the AI Chat and Voice Agents, the AI qualifies the caller and sends them to your quote form. It does not book the job itself.
On Premium, the AI can book the job straight into your calendar during the conversation. The caller picks a slot that suits them, the booking lands in your calendar, and you simply turn up.
