About your AI Voice Agent

An AI that talks to callers in a natural voice, answers their questions and points them to your quote form.

The AI Voice Agent is a Growth and Premium feature. If you are on Starter it is not part of your plan. On Starter, callers who do not get through are looked after by Missed Call Text Back instead, which is automation, not an AI conversation. The Voice Agent is one of the things you get if you upgrade to Growth.

What it is

The AI Voice Agent is an AI that can hold a spoken conversation with a caller in a natural voice. Rather than the caller hitting voicemail or a missed call, the agent talks to them, understands what they need, and helps them take the next step. We set it up around your services during your build so it can answer the things people actually ring about.

What it does for you

When you are on the tools, up a ladder or driving between jobs, you cannot always answer the phone. A caller who gets voicemail often just hangs up and rings the next number. The Voice Agent steps in so that caller still has a proper conversation: it answers their questions about your services and your area, and keeps them engaged instead of losing them.

It qualifies, it does not book

Like the AI Chat Assistant, the Voice Agent follows the same path for most trades. It qualifies the caller (works out what the job is and whether it is a genuine enquiry) and then directs them to your quote form, usually by sending a link by text. It does not book the job straight into your calendar.

Once the caller submits your quote form, your normal flow takes over: the lead lands in your BuildMyService App inbox and the customer gets the instant text back. So the agent does the talking, the quote form does the capturing, and you pick the lead up the same way as any other enquiry. What runs automatically and what you do

The Voice Agent runs automatically once it is live. It handles the spoken conversation and sends qualified callers to your quote form without you doing anything.

Your part is unchanged: read and reply to the lead in your app when it comes through. The agent has already had the first conversation for you.

Changing what it says

We configure the Voice Agent during your build and train it on your services. If you want it to cover something new or handle a question differently, contact support and we will update it. You do not configure it yourself.
