How quickly do you respond to support requests?

When to expect a reply, and what to do if it is urgent.

We reply within one UK working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Most messages get a faster answer than that. Growth and Premium clients get priority response.

You can reach us on WhatsApp or by emailing contact@buildmyservice.co.uk, whichever is easier for you.

We are not an emergency or out-of-hours service. If something urgent comes up with a live customer, call them directly to keep the job moving while we pick up your message.
