How do I cancel?
Thirty days' written notice. No lock-in, no drama.
Email us at contact@buildmyservice.co.uk to give 30 days’ written notice. That is all it takes. There is no lock-in and no long contract: you are on a rolling monthly plan.
You stay billed through the notice period, and part months are not refunded. After that, your subscription ends.
Your data, domain, Google Business Profile, content, photos and leads are all yours, and we hand everything back within 14 days. For the full detail on what happens to your data, see “Cancelling and what happens to your data”.
