How to send a review request after a job

The one click that starts the whole ReviewLoop sequence.

Asking for a review is one tap in your app. Once you do it, the system handles the request and all the follow-ups for you, so this is the only step you ever need to take. Do it as soon as a job is finished, while the customer is still pleased with the work.

Follow these steps:

  1. 1Open the BuildMyService App on your phone or desktop and find the customer whose job you have just finished.

  2. 2Open their contact, or find their conversation in the inbox.

  3. 3Tap the ReviewLoop button to add them to the review sequence. On some setups this is a tag or a single action on the contact.

  4. 4That is it. The system sends the review request by text and email, then follows up weekly for about four weeks until they reply.

  5. 5You do not need to chase anyone. The follow-ups stop automatically the moment a review lands.
